The Niftmint team, led by Founder Jonathan G. Blanco and Head of Operations Erin Lowe, had an action-packed and productive time at Shoptalk Fall 2024 in Chicago. From the moment we landed, it was go-time! We rented an SUV, gathered all the booth essentials—TV, table, chairs—and got settled into our AirBnB before setting up at Booth E22, ready to showcase Niftmint’s innovative solutions in tokenized commerce.
We decided to try something new with our LinkedIn content this time, sharing real-time updates about our experience at the conference. It was exciting to take our followers along on the journey, showing them the behind-the-scenes hustle as we connected with industry leaders and shared Niftmint’s mission to solve issues like counterfeit goods, product authentication, and consumer engagement through digital twins and tokenization.

Our founder, Jonathan, was in high demand during the event. He was interviewed by the Shoptalk team, where he shared Niftmint’s vision for the future of tokenized commerce. It was a fantastic opportunity to spread the word about the critical role blockchain can play in retail.

Booth E22: Connecting with Brands, Retailers, and Partners
At Booth E22, we were thrilled to connect with so many brands and retailers interested in authentication and engagement solutions. We had numerous conversations with companies looking for ways to tackle the challenges of counterfeit goods and product authentication. Niftmint’s approach to pairing physical products with digital twins and leveraging blockchain technology truly resonated with those we spoke to. We’ve already lined up follow-up calls with some of the brands we connected with, and we’re eager to explore partnership opportunities.
Building Relationships with Investors and Partners
Shoptalk was also a chance to reconnect with investors who have been tracking Niftmint’s progress over the years. Many were impressed by the traction we’ve gained, and several expressed interest in re-engaging with us as we continue our fundraising efforts. It’s always rewarding to see how far we’ve come and to get validation from those who believe in our mission.
In addition to new connections, we had the pleasure of catching up with friends and partners we’ve made at previous Shoptalk events. These moments of reconnection were not only fun but also opened the door to new partnership discussions that we’re excited to explore.
Looking Ahead to Shoptalk Las Vegas
All in all, our time at Shoptalk Fall 2024 was a huge success. The energy, the connections, and the valuable insights we gained made it well worth the trip. As we wrap up our time in Chicago, we’re already looking forward to Shoptalk in Las Vegas, where we plan to continue spreading the word about Niftmint’s innovative solutions.
